Mind the Gap

The women’s conference for our church was Saturday night.  Before the meeting we were served Sandwiches and salad it was good.

My favorite talk was by Sister Barbara Thompson she is in the Relief Society General presidency. At the beginning of her talk she showed a picture similar to this one.  These warning signs are in the tube in London. They warn passengers that there is a space between the platform and train. Sister Thompson said we should be watchful of the gaps in our lives that keep us form living how we should (a very bad Paraphrase). You should go here to listen to her whole talk.

Also, if you have known me or have been reading my blog for awhile you know that I love General Conference. It is coming up this weekend. So find a way to watch or listen to it you will get something that can improve your life, even if it is the good feeling you get while listening. If you aren’t a member of  The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, ask one of your Mormon neighbors or friends how to listen/watch. You will be glad you did.
