Well yesterday I did waay too much. I went on a field trip with Elise's class we walked a half mile to the bus stop then we went to a Pizza Parlor, Dion's oh so yummy! then rode the bus and waled the half mile back to school. I took Sasha to school and went back to Elise's School for the afternoon after picking up Sasha we went to find boxes and to Office Depot. Came Home to meet Johnny so he could use the computer , made dinner went to Cubs scouts. Now with my decreped body my muscles are burning and cramping and I feel like the day after a car wreck. Hopefully it won't last for days just today. I like doing stuff but it wears me out I think that is the hardest part of having fibromyalgia and CFS. But I will enjoy the good days so I can survive teh bad ones, just like everyone else.
